Once your purchase is verified, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A follow-up email containing your order’s tracking details will be sent as soon as it ships.

Our team works to process and ship verified orders promptly. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During especially busy periods, processing and shipping may take slightly longer.

*Complimentary Standard Shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Shipping Destinations

We are delighted to ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to Puerto Rico. Currently, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We thank you for your understanding as we work to expand our shipping capabilities.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

We are unable to make changes to shipping addresses or cancel orders once they have been submitted. If a shipment is returned to us by the carrier, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please notify us immediately for resolution.

We are not liable for shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed to the carrier. To protect your purchase, we strongly recommend selecting Route package insurance at checkout.
